About this role
1. 订单处理与跟进
· 接收与审核：接收客户订单，核对品名、规格、数量、单价、交期及付款方式。
· 录入与传达：将订单录入ERP系统，转化为内部生产/采购任务单，并传达给相关部门。
· 进度跟踪：跟进生产或备货进度，及时发现并反馈缺料、延误等异常。
2. 沟通与协调
· 对客户：回复咨询、反馈进度、处理投诉与退换货。

What they are looking for
- No degree required
- 1+ year of experience
- Experience in 无需经验
- Native 英语、普通话 speaker
- Chinese: Basic (A1/A2)
- Professional licence for the role
- Currently in China
Visa and work permit
- Work visa sponsored
- Work permit arranged by the employer
